Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes your progress too.
I bought something but didn’t get it
Open the app again while you’re online: purchases that didn’t finish are delivered automatically. Coin packs are used up once delivered, and the Cozy Starter Bundle can be bought once.
How do I turn off sounds or vibration?
Tap the gear on the home screen and switch off Sound or Haptics.
How do I change the language?
The app follows your iPhone’s language and comes in 14 languages. To choose one just for this app, tap the gear on the home screen, then Language (or open the Settings app, then Tin of Threads, then Language).
